General Work at Heights
TAG's core height safety awareness courses are for all those new to working at height,
who need to access rooftops, work with ladders or scaffolding. They cover
equipment (PPE) use and inspection, legislation, risk assessment and basic
access to unprotected areas.
For clients wishing to climb towers, steelwork or work suspended on ropes, these
courses can offer an introduction to the core H&S issues before progressing
to our more advanced climber courses.
Typical clients for our core courses include:
- MWP operators (cherry pickers/ Geniebooms)
- Maintenance fitters, engineers or cleaners needing access to rooftops
- Scaffolding erectors
- Real estate agents, surveyors and architects who may need to access unprotected areas on
occasion
