Deadweight Anchors

For temporary work using restraint or fall arrest equipment, deadweight anchors can be supplied. These rely on weight and friction to prevent movement, and so do not involve fixings into the surface. Calculations of limit-condition loadings for surfaces such as rooftops are required when using these devices, and we can arrange formal engineering surveys of a site prior to delivery. Deadweight anchors are items of PPE and comply with EN795 Class E, so require annual inspection and certification.
