Our CVS system allows anyone to check if a TAG certificate or ID card is legitimate. By entering the unique ID number from the certificate or card plus the printed date of issue, CVS will return a summary of the certificate information and prove validity.

The certificate number, printed on both ID cards and certificates, is a 5-digit number between 01000 and 99999. If you want to see an example entry, check certificate 01234 issued on 01/Jan/2003.
