HS08 NRSWA Traffic Management
Overview
This course is designed around Chapter 8 of the NRSWA Act 1991 and aims to provide candidates with the essential skills required in order to safely erect a traffic management system.

Those persons required to establish a traffic management system.
Course Objectives & Content
To state the principals of Traffic Management
- To provide the delegate with the information to carry out a site survey to plan a traffic management system on a single carriageway road up to and including unrestricted speed of 60mph
- To safely erect a traffic management system to control the movement of both pedestrians and traffic

Certification
For delegates to gain their City & Guilds Certificate they must gain the necessary pass marks in the written assessment, complete a traffic management system, complete a method statement and successfully complete the practical assessment.
